Once a returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be issued if approved. Refunds are processed using the original payment method (for Rapyd payments) or another agreed method for manual payments. Customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. If an item arrives damaged or wrong, customers should contact us promptly with details and photos so the issue can be resolved with a replacement or refund.
